We estimate the home will cost $99,500. This includes a new septic system, all construction materials, all mechanicals (like electrical, plumbing and HVAC), foundation, road, fixtures, and interior finishings. We’ll be relying on volunteers for most of the labor to complete this home. This will bring the cost down dramatically.
